A silly chick is a woman that has made consistent questionable choices in personal relationships and continues down a cycle of emotionally destructive behavior that results in future happiness eluding her.
Some of us really don't know that we are being silly chicks.
Silly chicks are people that make silly mistakes and don't learn from them. It doesn't make you stupid, it makes you temporarily insane.
I call it silly.
